  1. Our electric scooters come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects for the entire scooter. The warranty applies only to products purchased from our official store and is non-transferable.

  2. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. During the warranty period, if your scooter experiences a manufacturing defect under normal use, we will provide free replacement spare parts and instructional videos to help you repair the scooter.

  3. To request warranty service, customers must provide proof of purchase from our store along with photos or videos showing the issue.


Warranty Service

During the one-year warranty period:

  • We will provide free replacement parts for defective components.

  • Our technical team will provide step-by-step guidance videos to help customers install the parts.

  • Customers may need to cover shipping costs for replacement parts depending on the situation.


Water Damage Notice

Electric scooters are not waterproof. To protect your scooter and maintain warranty eligibility:

  • Avoid riding through water puddles or flooded roads.

  • Do not use the scooter in rainy conditions.

  • Prevent water from entering the battery, controller, or motor.

If the scooter suffers serious water damage, the warranty will not cover free repair or replacement.


Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage caused by water exposure or water ingress.

  2. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper operation.

  3. Products not purchased from our official store.

  4. Normal wear and tear from regular use.

If your scooter experiences a problem during the warranty period, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number or purchase receipt

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

Our technical team will review the issue and provide replacement parts and repair guidance if applicable.
