We will check every orders before shipping and provide a 180 day warranty for bikes that the frame, fork, electronics and battery of the bike are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Warranty exists for above mentioned defects that were already present at the time of delivery of the bike and covers the battery, motor, controller, display and sensors.
Like any rechargeable battery, your electric products rechargeable battery pack will experience a decrease in capacity over time as it is subjected to charge and discharge cycles. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, water damage, improper maintenance, or such other misuse or normal wear. This warranty is only valid for the first buyer. Any other remedy, such as compensation for damages of any kind or loss of use, is excluded. The warranty period cannot be extended by granting an additional warranty.
In addition, we are willing to provide a 20% off for our royal customers to purchase any accessories.
FREIGHT DAMAGE POLICY
Please contact us directly by email within 3 business days from the date of delivery and provide photos for verification if your product arrives damaged. Please note that any damage caused by shipping is not covered by any warranty.
