7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in the original packaging

Include all accessories (charger, keys, hardware, etc.)

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee
For non-quality related returns, a €200 return shipping fee per e-scooter will be deducted from the refund.
This includes situations such as:

No longer wanting the item

Ordering the wrong model

The product does not meet personal expectations
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after receiving it.
If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@todimart.net with photos or videos.
Within 7 days of delivery, we will offer:

Full refund
Order Cancellation

Before shipment: Free cancellation

After shipment: €200 shipping fee per e-scooter will be deducted from the refund
If a customer refuses the package, a €200 return shipping fee will apply.
Warranty Policy
All e-scooters purchased from todimart.net include a 1-year warranty.
During the warranty period:

We provide free replacement spare parts

We offer repair guidance and instructional videos
Important Notes
To avoid damage:

Please do not ride the scooter through water or in heavy rain

Water damage is not covered under warranty
If the scooter is severely damaged by water, free repair service will not be provided.
Products not purchased from todimart.net are not eligible for warranty support.
Battery Returns

Battery return fee: €100 per battery

Only unused batteries can be returned

Used batteries cannot be returned
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned product:

Refund will be processed within 1–2 business days
Refund arrival time depends on the payment method:

PayPal: up to 48 hours
