WARRANTY, RETURNS & CANCELLATION

WARRANTY

We will check every orders before shipping and provide a 180 day warranty for bikes that the frame, fork, electronics and battery of the bike will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. 

Like any rechargeable battery, your electric products rechargeable battery pack will experience a decrease in capacity over time as it is subjected to charge and discharge cycles. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, water damage, improper maintenance, or such other misuse or normal wear. This warranty is only valid for the
first buyer. Any other remedy, such as compensation for damages of any kind or loss of use, is excluded. The warranty period cannot be extended by granting an additional warranty.

In addition, we are willing to provide a 20% off discount for our royal customers to purchase any accessories.

 

FREIGHT DAMAGE POLICY

Please contact us directly by email within 3 business days from the date of delivery and provide photos for verification if your product arrives damaged. Please note that any damage caused by shipping is not covered by any warranty. 

 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We stand by the quality of our products and do not accept returns on used or opened items.

We will provide a free replacement accessory for any quality problems of our product.

Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, tags intact (when applicable) and undamaged. Customer will be responsible for return shipping.

we will not take any responsibility for lost or misrouted returns.

 

CANCELLATION

There is a free cancellation before product shipped, otherwise customers have to pay for shipping cost after product shipped, and also 10% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from the total refunded amount at the point of return.
